Words alone cannot express how appreciative and thankful that I am to have had the pleasure of meeting each of you and to share this phenomenal hunt with both you and Roger. From the super lodging accommodations, to the fantastic meals that you prepared for us morning, noon and night.

As for the hunt itself, with guides like Roger Kuchan and Jim Miller, my success was all but guaranteed. I learned what it means to hunt with true professional guides. Not only was the hunting terrain incredible, but what one did not think of the other did. From glassing, to stalking the elk, to getting a chance at shooting a true trophy elk. Roger and Jim think, breathe and move like elk!

Not only once, but several times we were in the middle of an elk herd listening to the cows chirping as I call it, and various bulls would bugle time and time again. It was not uncommon to see and be close enough to kill 5x5 and 6x6 elk daily.

As a matter of fact, we passed on several great bulls (several 5x5, 1-6x5 and 1-6x6) on our way to the eventual kill of the super 6x6 bull elk.

Beautiful country. Plentiful game. The food is too good and there is too much of it. The guides are knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good about this outfit. I killed a bull the last hour of the last day but, I'd have come back if I'd never had a shot.
